We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, the longest-serving and most internationally beloved monarch in British history. She contributed tremendously to the building and strengthening of UK-Japan relations, and we would like to express our gratitude for her unstinting devotion. The "Eternal Radiance"
The year 2022 marks the historic Platinum Jubilee. To commemorate this grand occasion we have crafted a rare Junmai Daiginjo grade sake, named Eternal Radiance.
What makes this super premium sake truly exceptional is the meticulous curation of the finest rice, the purest water, and a traditional brewing process that represents the culmination of more than a century of sake-making. The very highest quality Yamada Nishiki tokujo-mai rice, famed as “the king of sake rice”, has been slowly cold-fermented. The sake has then been painstakingly extracted drop by golden drop, under the force of gravity alone, and carefully matured to perfection at low temperature.
‘Eternal Radiance’ is the world's first collectable Art Sake, created in collaboration with renowned Japanese painter Hiroshi Senju. The hand-calligraphed label and bottle, which nestles in a specially-designed box, exhibit one of Senju’s latest works of art from his Waterfall series. We present this superlative Art Sake as a limited edition of 210 bottles, each one signed and numbered by the artist.
This Art Sake possesses a fragrant aromatic palate and elegant, refined presentation. We take great pride in the quality of our craft, and we believe that ‘Eternal Radiance’ will not only age well as a fine sake, but retain its value over the years as the first in a series of unique and beautiful collector’s pieces.
As part of our collaboration with the painter Hiroshi Senju, a portion of our proceeds will go towards nurturing the next generation of artists. We at Tanabe Shuzo are delighted that we can contribute to society in this way, and we are deeply committed to continue this contribution in the future.

THE SAKE
ART SAKEは、福井県の田辺酒造が製造しています。日本酒や国際的な利き酒コンテストで数多くの金賞を受賞している蔵元です。また、スティーブン・ジョブズが遺骨を埋葬した曹洞宗最古の寺院である永平寺の公式な酒蔵として知られています。この度、女王陛下の70周年を記念して、「ETERNAL RADIANCE（永遠の輝き）」と名付けられたアート酒が誕生しました。

「ニューヨークを拠点とする画家、千住博氏は、抽象表現主義に根ざしたミニマルな視覚言語と日本古来の絵画技法を組み合わせた崇高な滝のイメージで世界中に知られています。ヴァン クリーフ＆アーペルの「レコール」マスターズ委員会のメンバーでもある。
